I mean curtain terms, phrases, and words just hurt my ears and I want to know how many people believe we should start excercising our rights to be free from such vulgarity in public by locking up potty mouths?

It is not POSSIBLE to ban offensive terms without banning ALL speech. Who gets to define offensive? What if I decide you NAME offends me? Where do you get of thinking you HAVE the right not to be offended? If you don't want to listen, YOU are free to lock yourself up at home.
