I would like to print stencils out for wood signs but all I have is a regular printer that prints on 8.5x11 paper I tried using paint but it seems to waste alot of paper. I want to be able to cut it out and trace it but I can't seem to get the measurements correct. what is the best program to use. all I have are jpeg or gif files.
Any photo program (except Paint) will do it. I use the free one that came with my scanner. You may have a free one in your computer, or you could use one of these.
