10 Sign Vinyl
Posted in equipment on 09/26/2011 07:33 pm by adminHas anybody else had a problem with Pay Pal restricting their account without warning for no good reason?
I was midway through a transaction on Saturday June 23rd when Pay Pal took it upon themselves to "restrict" my account. There was no warning (an e-mail advising me of their intended action) and the reason they gave "Security Reasons" seems laughable because all I do is purchase rare 7"/12"/LP vinyl records of one specific performer and the transactions average £10 a time. Despite faithfully following the 3-stage "resolution" process, I was told that I had "failed" validation and I had to wait for a letter in the mail containing a special 6-digit code. It is now Monday July 2nd and there is no sign of this letter. Pay Pal are actually destroying my reputation as a serious E-Bay purchaser who pays promptly because most of the vendors I deal with are private individuals (as opposed to retail outlets) who cite Pay Pal as the only method of payment. I just wondered if anybody else had experienced such a problem (restricted account) with great problems trying to resolve the issue
nope
its only you cause nobody likes you
