How can I use Print Shop to remove the background of a photo?

I have a program Print Shop V23 and I need to remove the background a photo and move the image where else. the only thing Ive found hands is growing ... Does someone please help me?

PrintShop is not an image editing program. You need Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or http://www.gimp.org the free Gimp or Paint.net, also note http://www.getpaint.net free Gimp can be difficult to learn. It is almost level with Photoshop, but uses a different interface. Paint.net is simpler and very popular and is probably something you may find it easier to use.
