What is the artwork specification of a full t-shirt design?

What is the artwork specification of a full t-shirt design?
I want to make a t shirt design that covers the whole front side of a t shirt, from the shoulders all the way down to the bottom part. What would be the best size to design this in? Thanks

Try researching cafepress or other t-shirt design websites. They can probably give you more detail on sizes & designs. Also check with local crafts stores (like Michael's & Joann Fabrics) they have a lot of printable fabric or fabric markers & iron on ideas for t-shirts & other clothing.
